Something that sets Sir Alex and Pep apart from the other top managers is they won't risk tainting team spirit with bad-attitude players. Any trouble and you're out on your ear, no matter how good you are. You'd never see either of them signing a Cunha, Gyokeres, or Isak.

Eh I think it's a load of nonsense, the usual PR spin from clubs to cover their own arse, that people always readily buy into
All the actual facts are well known and extensively covered by the likes of Craig Hope and that other journo whats his face, the club betrayed Isak over a contract so he gave them a full year in advance to find a replacement and then delivered a trophy as the cherry on top... he's not even in the highest tier of their wage structure, so they can't afford to pay him, can't match his ambition, they can't get any players in apparently since completely inept in the market without a DoF, Paul Mitchell has done more harm than good, no investment in the facilities or the stadium, like the Saudis got bored of the project already
Obviously never nice for any set of fans and happens to everyone apart from Madrid, but what idiot wants to end up like Harry Kane, ruining his goals record legacy just to pick up a token trophy in a farmers league, you only get one real opportunity at 26ish to make the move
The club on the whole has bottled it and really let the fans down, although Eddie has handled everything quite brilliantly both on and off the pitch, they're all very good mates btw... Eddie and Richard Hughes and Michael Edwards etc, played together in the past and came up together

Everyone has to fight for their career, instead of letting clubs/companies extract stupid value from them, their peak years go by in a flash
The only potential baggage I see are alleged agent links to the local mafia for Swedish players like Gyo and Isak (not the Swedish House Mafia though
), not sure if that extends to all Scandinavian players
But then again everyone seems fine letting Tony Soprano run Forest however he likes
