Euler, have you been called about the new Premium Charges trial?
What is the new Premium Charge trial? details please :o
Just an allowance against your weekly PC charge in the hope of increasing liquidity, doesn't look like there's any catch. Just a 3 month trial for now

First at Goodwood is interesting today because Lil Rockerfeller has no flat form but is favourite. He switched from flat to jumps because he hated the stalls. The race has a flip start so he should get away. But quite an unusual race when he is surrounded by form horses. You just have to hope the handicapper has the price right or wrong depending on your view on the race. Looks quite short, but I'm no form expert especially when it comes to crossing from one code of racing to another.
Looked a very well handicapped horse based on his hurdles form.. was rated 133 over hurdles around the time he last ran on the fiat ( rated 76) .

Since then he improved over hurdles to be rated 164 and is now rated 153 in that sphere . Was running off a mark of 82 here, so if transferring a modicum of that improvement to the fiat was clearly well handicapped .. hence the price .

One of my favourite horses. And always gives his all. Travelled much better than he has done in recent hurdle races , and is due to go novice chasing this season

Can you explain how this works a bit more please, for example is it that if you have to pay £100 PC normally you now have an allowance each week of say £75 so you only have to pay £25 PC?

Also I don't understand how the weekly allowance would increase liquidity.

It's amazing the number of times the price moves just after you close trade! I know people would put it down to cognitive bias but you'd do well to keep your sanity when trading all day.

Think I'll be avoiding the next at Goodwood!
Why they didn't put the PA race at the end of the card I don't know

Am I the only one who can't wait for Goodwood to be over? I am finding the markets horrible, very little non trading money, large amounts stacked up v the race type/quality, RUK spending the whole time focused on it and forgetting about the other two cards on today etc. Bring on next week and 'normal' racing.
