Am I the only one who can't wait for Goodwood to be over? I am finding the markets horrible, very little non trading money, large amounts stacked up v the race type/quality, RUK spending the whole time focused on it and forgetting about the other two cards on today etc. Bring on next week and 'normal' racing.
It's been poor this year in terms of fill rate. People seem to blunder into the meeting like it's an Ascot and I've really struggled so far this year to get any decent amounts matched. Poor fill rate is a real problem for me.

LOL Euler, It doesn't sound like a blunder if they're not letting you get hold of their money!

I love it when a big trader knocks some sense into the market and brings the price back to where it should be - certainly got me out of jail. :D

Which idiot has scheduled tonights racing, there are several 15min gaps after Leicester followed by 5 minutes between Galway and Sandown
Nothing wrong with the scheduling .. Sandown invariably always have 35 min between races , Leicester have gaps of 30 and 35 min between races .
And Galway 30/35/40 min gaps between races .. mixed card and if your attending sure you’d appreciate those gaps.and Irish Racing is separate from UK racing anyway as regards fixtures

UK fixtures still maximise betting opportunities for bookmakers .. but I think once a racecourse has a fixture , they determine start times not the BHA

Backed all the way from 1000 to SP at 331, quite a decent move

Betfair settled the 14-25 despite the stewards inquiry.
