Today's Horse Racing
For a walk-over, the horse just needs to run past the judge. It doesn't run the full course (one furlong is sufficient) and doesn't jump fencesShaunWhite wrote: ↑Thu Oct 04, 2018 2:32 pmWill it win by default, be made to run the course solo, or will the race be voided? It must be the first option I guess if you're going for 100%.

Thx Derek for clearing that up. Did it return an SP? Everything I look at says 2/1 which either can't be right or I've missed the deal of the millennium. I've been away from my desk today so didnt see what happened.Derek27 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 04, 2018 3:50 pmFor a walk-over, the horse just needs to run past the judge. I’m putting it down to seasonality, October, so I gather can be quite tricky, the transition from flat to jumps demands patience & experience I would imagine?
Oddly enough there's no mention of rule 4! I suspect deductions on 11/8 and 9/4 would be in the 60-70% range.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Thu Oct 04, 2018 5:31 pmThx Derek for clearing that up. Y, it can be quite a mixed bag this time of year until we get into Nov and the jumps season gets going
