Combining a sub Worksheet Change with Calculate?

I've been to the top brains in the most prominent excel forums too...Nup!...stumped them too. Sure it's easy to point out one of a trio of methods working, and I've got all 3 to work with a manual trigger, BUT try and combine them to work in unison automatically?

Let's just re phrase your reply as, "It's perfectly capable of doing what you've requested, if your Einstein!" Anyway, I'll keep pursuing this and hopefully solve it.
