On paper this is profitable, in reality I really don't see you being able to get matched at the odds you require at 90% unless it turns out to be a winner.

Good to see so many replies have been watching and playing around with this today as other people have said getting laid is difficult especially at a fixed price of 50 when the price is rapidly moving northwards !!! I only played 5 races and had two succesful lays (the other 3 were not matched)

So can you gain a 90%+ Success Rate long term not sure ? If you choose your races carefully possibly however it is easy to paper trade so will continue to do that as i need more than 8 days data to go on

Hi Dallas I think I've found it, I didn't add the condition in play on my original file, I,ve now added it. Would you be kind enough to check the file and let me know if there any further errors.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks again for all your help

Matt

Might be a basic question asked many times, but where did you find these statistics? Is there a website availiable?

Cheers

Personally i use

https://www.timeform.com/horse-racing/form-and-results

Just look at the results and if a fav has won a race click on the title of the race and it will show you the In Running High that the fav reached

Or you could also use this

And if you know a web developer, get them to write something that grabs all that data and shoves it in a database for you :)

Countries like Denmark require additional info before being able to log into Betfair so this takes you to a web based login where the extra info can be submitted.

Hi Dallas,
I refreshed at 200 ms but still the programme was slow at placing the lay bet even when the price hovered around the lay price for a while, as a result all yesterday it only completed two trades (both green!!) I'm at a loss as to why the programme is not placing orders in the market quicker thus more being matched.
I've enclosed the programme below would you mind having a look and letting me know if theres anything that needs adding or deleting from the programme which will aid the programme to place orders in the market quicker.
Or will this system work better in Excel?
As ever I look forward to hearing from you.

So far over 3 days I'm up £120

Luckily I was only involved from 4pm as been at work, couple of placed automations yesterday came up that cost £18 each

I'll post a image after a week of trailing the system.
