*Very* roughly, streaming an HD film will take about 5Mbps. So, if you have a 10Mbps connection, then there will be spare bandwidth for BA. However, I'd say that you would find your latency affected and as all the respondents have said in this thread, Latency is Queen.

Incidentally, a 4k film will be more like 50Mbps. So definitely avoid those if you can find one :-)
