What exactly are you trying to do?

You're trying to snatch these opportunities before anyone else, only others are faster than you. Do you really expect traders spotting an arb to wait in case Luca wants it?

If you succeed you will be one of the greedy guys ruining other people's plans, but it seems okay for you to do it!
