Slow and steady for me over here, but nothing special on day one.

Similar here, my best result was from Yarmouth earlier

Quick bite to eat then time to settle in for Galway the rest of the evening

Been looking at the data this morning and curiously there were a number of repeating patterns in yesterdays markets.

I thinking we could see a bit of backing present today in the bigger races, if the patterns repeat. I'll be on the look out for it.

Were these on the favourite Pete ? Or any other ? 10 mins from the off ? 5 mins from the off ?

I mainly look at the favourites ten or so before the off.

Having a slow and poor day so far, didn't even manage much from the feature

Feature was remarkably flat so I punched in some orders only to see them sit there laughing at me. Goodwood hasn't lit up yet!

That last at Goodwood just about sums up two days for me, a decent profit built up then given back in final moments, mainly through my own greed if I'm honest but it's been a bit of a let down so far

It feels very dead today. I'm going to run the numbers after the last race and see if what I feel is reflected in the numbers.

I checked the numbers at Goodwood for the first two days and they are more or less similar to last year. It's just that nobody is taking my orders then!

Surprised Betfair is bothering with the charity race.
