'Best price and 2nd best price difference' condition

Hi Dallas, still struggling with this one. Made what I thought was a simple one that should have triggered a lay bet almost instantly, but instead either doesn't trigger or seems to trigger one at a seemingly random time for no apparent reason, am I doing something stupid? Would be very grateful if you can let me know why this one doesn't fire repeatedly

The log just gives the bet that fires and the automation shows the Get Money rule firing lots of times but not the lay bet (though I currently only have it in there to fire twice in case it suddenly starts working!)

Screen shots should show what's what. Set up to trigger a $1 lay bet if there is $1 or more at the best price of the fav (which there will pretty much always be!!)

If anyone can take I look it would be great as I am officially stumped
