So you'd just need two rules (a place back bet and place lay bet)
both applied to the fav
both armed to trigger 1 time
both with a fixed odds condition to test the back or ltp is less than 2.0
Will this only back and lay the fav?
I would like it to back and lay the only runner in the market who hits 2.0 first.
That will always be the fav

Unless you are using it on the place markets or ones where there can be more than one winner?
Thank you very much you really helped me on this my automation version had 5 complicated rules and it didn't work perfect. One other concern have you speed up the betting vaiue below £2 it took appoxmatly 2 seconds in the past now I am back and lay betting 10p-20p on odds 2.0 for testing and it didn't took 2 secs.

The delay is on Betfairs side, they impose delays on all in-play bets, for bets below the £2 minimum the delay is double, as Bet Angel effectively needs to submit order below the minimum in two steps to get them into the market
If betting pre-off there is no delay irrespective of the bet size used

Wouldn't it be simpler to create a bot that doesn't place a bet?

Asking for 2.0 and maybe hoping to get a better ex price isn't that crazy compared to people who ask how to hedge/stop in-play when they've reached a certain +/-£n.

I quite admire the way Dallas just responds to even the craziest request without any sort of judgement. This one isn't as bad as some I've seen.

It's an art form.
