It’s because your using the condition as (any). The file is looking at the whole field
So the fav was <2.4 but the rest were >1.8.
That meant a bet was placed on the fav.

Change the applies to selection to (every) then change the fixed odds conditions to (current (current selection from EVERY)

You could just copy and paste your log to the forum in future.
