Hey Dallas, there's ONE condition ONLY for closing the trade, and that's "In-play". So how is it even technically possible that this rule was not triggered? As you can see from Wagga, Australia today, Close IR was NOT triggered. I didn't follow this race, but as I have said before it only happens when a horse is retired.
