Data request charge

Hi Jeff,
I went through all this already, they offer a subscription of which I don't remember the amount, but I decided it was too heavy (roughly £200 a month or so).

Jeff, It is easy not to incur data charges, BA has a setting that you can change. If you are running 2 instances of BA then split the 20 requests into 2. I always am logging into the website, and usually run at 20 requests but never had charges. I never get 20 on the dashboard anyway. It is usually 12 or 13. If you are lucky enough to get 20 then turn the setting down to 19

Betfair don't help themselves by not warning people when they breach the limit according to their calculations and also by allowing the limit to be breached even if you set yourself below it.

I just got an email from them too, but i have set data request at 10 and i have only one instance. what can that be? i had guardian running.

the mail is for january 6th. maybe i had 20 there in the morning. i will set at 8 now and see.
