Hi Frank

The page may give the impression that if you click on the green arrow at the top, a download will commence.

But you need to click on where it says 'Free user- slower download', about half way down the page.

If you have and still didn't get any joy, PM me and I'll email it to you. The attachment was too large to attach to the message.
