I know it should work xl 2000 and upwards, If i get chance i'll try to get hold of a copy of 97 and test it on that.
Today's racing - Excel spreadsheet
Hi Gary
Hope you can help with this. I had seen your 'todays racing' spreadsheet last month and thought that it looked really useful, but was using open office at the time and it wouldn't run on it. I now have excel 2007 but the script is freezing when I try the update button. The debugger comes up with this highlighted in yellow
strMeeting = Mid(ActiveCell.Value, 1, (Len(ActiveCell.Value) - 13))
Now, this unfortunately means nothing to me (being the wrong side of 50 and with only a small number of brain cells I can bring to bear on the subject of IT).
Was hoping that you might point me in the right direction to get it working.
Thanks again
Tim

Fantastic spreadsheet. I was just thinking about writing one that goes to gg.com to get the card as it would save me 20 minutes a day and stumbled across yours. Really good work.
Just out of interest - do you after update then add additional columns for how you expect the market to act - scalp, swing and record your p/l against the card? Just trying to think if there are any useful additions that could be made?

It is working fine again today - which makes me think there was a problem with Ffos Las and Stratford-upon-Avon. Could it be that these UK courses are spelt differently on the oddschecker site and couldn't match these courses?
Like I say, working fine again today so will have to wait until next Monday for Stratford and next Sat for Ffos Las.

Hi Folks
Sorry been hectic for the last while, as soon as we get 60 hour days the better!
Yes it needs a translation table added where the course names are different for the courses.
Its something that I had meant to do but... not been able to get around to it just yet
Thanks, Gary
