I can tell you which was the best goalkeeper ever, Lev Yashin.
Deshamp was also an impressive midfielder as much as Viera' if not even better.
As for most trophies, I know victor bahia has won 31 as much as Pele' but rhyan giggs won 2 more with the total of 33..I can't figure out who have won more then them really. Ricardo Zamora? FrantiÅ¡ek Plánička? Lev Yashin?
As for best player many forget puskas which is one position ahead of messi and 2 positions ahead of zidane. Diego maradona is on top spot at the moment but when messi career will be over he will certainly be declared best player of all time.

The player that has impressed me most ever is Patrick Vieira. He could balance the whole midfield by himself and was tacticly brilliant.

Curiously the player with the most profilic career in terms of amount of trophies and individual prizes won was a goalkeeper. Any guesses?

Well, on portuguese version of wikipedia you can read 33 for Baia, but who knows if it isn't biased?

Well, you did your homework, didn't you?

;)

Further investigation has shown that the way titles are given to players varies. E.g. Baia's first title was in his first season in the main squad and he only played 6 minutes in one match and he is considered to have one this title, but had this happened in England he wouldn't have been given this title. So we are comparing different things?

Even if we count 33 titles for Victor bahia is still 2 titles behind.
However the stats show that Vitor Baia ( Victor bahia)
has won 31 titles and 2 individual titles with the total of 33.
Rhyan Giggs has won 35 titles and 3 individual titles with the total of 38.
I do not count individual titles to be honest.
Rhyan Giggs has won 9 community shield titles, a trophy which is unique to England if I am not wrong. Taking that out the list Rhyan Giggs should be on 24 titles.
Rhyan giggs has won it all for Man utd, Vitor Baia in 2 different countrys but if you look at Clarence Seedorf titles for me are greater then those 2. He won the champions league with 3 different clubs and titles in 3 different countrys. He is currently playing is Brazil. Ibrahimovic also won titles all over the place but never won a single Champions league...

Perhaps but still behind Giggs if we count the community shield titles..
