Sorry had busy day so just got chance to update.

Of course a screen shot of the "Betting Profit & Loss" page would usually have a name to the left of the date (at least on the Australia version of the page). Is UK version the same? I am just curious that the date is shifted left in your screen shot (rather than just redacting the name). I totally understand why you would redact your name, but going to the extra trouble of shifting the date left does suggest good cut and past skills.
So why bother to screen shot and then manipulate? Why not just post daily summary in text? The screen shot does not add legitimacy.
Very well spotted Gazuty (it is the same in the UK). I knew something looked odd on that page but had no idea what it was. I'm guessing he redacted his name from the HTML without tampering with the P/L.gazuty wrote: ↑Tue Dec 29, 2020 12:23 amWell done.smarttraderr wrote: ↑Mon Dec 28, 2020 9:36 pmEnd of Day 3 - Report

This is how it should be done

Angel's, let's not be too harsh. Perhaps theirs a good explanation ...
You're quite right. No matter how much blood you find on somebody's hands, it's only fair they're given a chance to explain. The Silk Run wrote: ↑Tue Dec 29, 2020 2:06 amAngel's, let's not be too harsh. Perhaps theirs a good explanation ...

I smell a rat!
I suspect this thread will descend into pure gambling that is being sugar coated as trading.......along with the normal doctored bullshitting P&L screens
I've seen all this nonsense on Twitter
Have fun everyone

People are so judgemental with their tiny knowledge base. They never seen earth from outside so they assume world is flat and refuse to accept the reality

Let's call it a day
Started this new thread in hope that we will have some fun, learning and may be new direction. If things work then may be little bit of profit too. But I guess I was wrong, everyone has their own mindset and may be they have built their mindset after years of experience so its hard to change it.
I was hoping that at least people will be sharing their knowledge and experience, some tips and cumulatively we all will learn something. May be with couple of ideas some of you were not agreed but we could have given some more thoughts and come up with better version of it rather than ranting NAH NAH NAH. They were so hung up on idea that you can't make Zillion in 90 days but that was never intention. Intention was to avoid making losses, stay within limit, improve day rate and use power of compounding (slowly building bank). I never asked anyone to try 10%. All I said is have X% in mind and see if you can consistently hit, when you struggle, understand reason behind it and adjust (Read The Lean Start up Book or Agile Methodologies) . that way at least you will go in positive direction. I took 10% for myself because that's what I was comfortable with my small bank and over the course I will continue adjusting it.
Anyway its very hard for me to inspire myself every morning with negative messages (just because someone doesn't know how to hide their name from Profit & Loss page or some other silly things and start accusing). Thanks to SIR Peter and 2-3 happy chaps who were cheering up and sharing some good stuff
Thanks everyone

Bit of a poor show only lasting a couple of days in a 90 day trading challenge. Usually these x day trading challenges last at least a week.
Fingers crossed the new year challenges fare better.

Hey Smarttrader, unfortunately you'll always get some criticism, I've had msgs saying give up goat! and the like, but I've also had the majority of great advice and support. If you carry on and succeed I think you will earn a lot of kudos!smarttraderr wrote: ↑Tue Dec 29, 2020 11:06 amLet's call it a day

You are doing well. Unlike many others you are not losing money. soon you will find technique to stay slightly on positive side and then it will start building up. So don't give up. there are people who give up and then to justify their decision they start telling everyone to give up just so that they feel good about their decision

I think you have to bear in mind that most on the forum have seen this kind of challenge or a variation of it a million times so you have to make allowances for why people aren't all that enthusiastic.smarttraderr wrote: ↑Tue Dec 29, 2020 11:06 amLet's call it a day

I think you also hit on something with the above quote that you have to acknowledge, there are many people who look for advice and that's fine but there are also those who want to be led by the hand through every step without putting the work in themselves. I'm not saying that's you but again its worth bearing in mind when you get what your perceive as a negative comment.
A couple of years ago there was a guy on twitter from my neck of the woods who asked if I'd be interested in joining a telegram group so I said sure why not, I thought it would be a good way to kill the boredom between races. He called himself a professional racing trader but it became very clear after about 4 races that he didn't have a clue about trading and just wanted to mirror other peoples trades to make money.
The forum is give and take but you have to be willing to accept critical feedback especially when using a strategy that's unlikely to bear any fruit in the long run.

I know people have seen it and comparing with their previous experience. Negative feedbacks are fine they are part of learning but when thing like Fake Screenshot and endless stream of unnecessary things come then u start thinking that where will this end.
I never claimed that I am expert. never claimed that I will make zillion, never claimed that I will help someone making money. All I was saying is challenge will help all of us make better trading. we all could have benefited from the mini competition. Competitions always bring something good out of you.
anyway I want to focus on what I am doing well. I have spotted few good ppl here so will continue learning from their posts.
