i havent gone into my account in 7 days some thing is up...just got this email

Maybe someone with a similer username has been trying to get into there account?
A lot of people, including myself, have had their accounts broken into in the past. If you can't trace the source of why this happened then I would suggest asking the BF helpdesk to put you through to the security department who can issue you with a new account, transferring funds over to the new one, so that if anyone does have your username and was trying to break in then they wont be able to even try in future.
Another reason to do this would be that even if it was an honest mistake from someone with a similar username to yours, you don't want then doing the same thing again while you are trading, or you might find yourself being locked out of your account with a liability on your hands that you can't close in time!
