tomorrow can Chelsea lose 2-0 as well?

The decline started 2 years ago, now the establishment of that decline....happens to every leagues so no worries, in 20-30 years the premier league will flourish again...
Same situation this year and besides all that the Premier league will be 3rd when the Uefa coifficents will be re-calculated next season.
I've always said that the premier league was in decline, that the victory of Chelsea in 2012 was just a fluke, and so I had the same opinion when Inter Milan won in 2010 with mourinho in the middle of the italian football crisis, which was confirmed with the loss of the third place in the European ranking. Losing from 1st to 3rd in only just over 2 years it is the defenate prove. The only difference it still be made with the outstanding money available the premier league have but, as we have seen the last few years, even the money did not bring many international trophies, what it did was to put the premier league at the top of the European rankings for several seasons. Could now the money emigrate too? That could be a disaster for the premier league.

The sugar daddy money might not be there in the same way that it has due to FFP but the new Premier league TV deal is monstourous and England is in far better economic situation (coupled with rising pound) so I think the spending power of the English clubs will only likely increase in comparison to most overseas clubs tbh

This is true, you have a good point with the rising pound as well.. I have visited london 3 times this year and the exchange with euro was similar to when the euro started in 2002..
