There was allot of talk last night by several analysts that the war in Lebanon and Gaza is helping Trump, especially if Israel and Iran go to war.
A great deal of US citizens apparently don’t like Iran due to hostage taking in the 1970s and 1980s.
Not sure I completely understood it all but I guess many will think Trump will also go after Iran etc
Republican and deranged lunatic, Marjorie Taylor Greene: "Yes they can control the weather. It's ridiculious for anyone to lie and say it can't be done."

Fellow republican, Carlos Gimenez: "News flash. Humans cannot create or control hurricanes. Anyone who thinks they can, needs to have their head examined."

American's are strong believers in personal choice, liberty and lack of government interference in your life.
As long as the Republicans play on that, they will continue to get votes, even if they put a headless rabbit up as president.
Proper ham and well-made bread and a ham sandwich is a lovely thing. Perhaps a dab of mustard too.

There is something very inorganic happening with the next president market. Trump into $1.80ish but the Pennsylvania market, a state that Trump can't win without is literally $2 apiece.
Harris can win without Pennsylvania (NC and GA etc), but Trump can't. I mean it's not a mathematical impossibility, but certainly not to the extent that the market is allowing for.
Something similar happened in October 2020 and it's gotta be connected to the campaign because there is seemingly nothing driving the change in price, whereas political markets usually operate like clockwork in line with important poll updates etc.
There is likely to be a release of further evidence against Trump in the J6 case this week too (think Thursday is the deadline) which may spice things up even further. Fun times!

I think it would be a v good use of $10m or whatever it takes to force trump into 1.5.
Hit all the exchanges/markets and the press reporting would steam-roller a campaign.
For the potential Trillionaires in his camp, $10-$100m is peanuts.
I don't see the wave of money stopping

The Americans you refer to are usually the ones who require the most goverment assistance. Ironically.
The Apprentice, a film about Trump's life and depicts him raping his first wife will be in cinemas before election day.
According to a lead actor, the film's been analysed by lawyers up, down, left, right and sideways to ensure it's factually accurate.
Trump is furious.

Randomly watched this the other day. Finders Keepers, a UK kids quiz show from the 1980s. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lk6Kz9lOFIwKai wrote: ↑Wed Oct 16, 2024 10:51 pmHave you seen Idiocracy?![]()

Some example questions (all answered correctly):
> What is the fur of a white stoat called?
> What is Esperanto?
> What does an otter live in?
> What was the Christian name of Napoleon's wife?
Imagine asking these kind of questions to 12-year olds today
