Look at the state of this 17:00 Dundalk
I was literally just looking at that. Whats responsible?

Multiple 'fat fingers' below 2/1. Think even the 4th had traded odds on.

I think some of the 700+ bets were pre-race and for nothing significant.

I can't be the only one who sees these things and who has a quick look at their balance to see if they've caused it :) Not me this time, I already know what I'm doing doesn't transfer well to the Irish stuff, so I didn't need to have a moment like that to find out the hard way :) Looks like someone did though.

In case anyone's forgotten it's Saturday today, not that it feels like it. :)

It does have an odd feel to it, even though we've had abandonment in the past and been reduced to 1-2 meetings today does have a slightly different feel about it

Nothing caught me out cos I saw the risk in the data first. It's hard to explain in a sentance but all I know is that my backtesting produces very different results to the mainland racing. My hunch is that it's a difference in how/when the on course bookies hedge their risk as the fundamentals (vol, race quality etc) aren't that different to the mainland. I'm automated so small differences matter, I'm not sure if those differerences would show or matter if you're manually trading.

Did quite well at Naas ..... until two sharp moves in the last two markets wiped out an afternoons profit!

Hello guys,

How are your BF live streaming on irish races? PUnchestown a lot of frezzing/delay ? Even if i try to stop/play the stream many times, rarely be ok...It's general right? it's only happening on irish races? because in the UK races i don't feel this kind of problems every race.
