I had problems logging in with mode 1, but kept trying until it worked :)

BA froze although the Betfair website was working fine. I had to use it to lay off a bet there and that worked fine. BA froze and I tried reloading in mode 1 but BA won't connect.

my mode zero and mode 1 both locked and then crashed.

cant log back into mode 0 but managed to log into mode 1 but i got some message along the lines of " cant connect betfair api - connecting to website" or words to that effect. took about 10 minutes to connect.

i am now in mode 1 seem ok - but as i have never had the above message before i aint gonna do nothing yet until im sure its stable.

I'm active and trading in mode one, it takes a bit of time to time out but I'm busy recording data on the market. Interesting opportunity to have a look underneath the 'normal' markets.

Try slowing down the refresh in mode one, it could be timing out.

Not much point Peter, no market depth, no BA data and no one else trading. I'm sure they will have to take BF down and reload.

the count down timer is not working in my mode 1 - thats never happened before - so not trading this does not seem to be (my opinion) the usual snapped elastic band/api fail - seems to be different this time/unknown

How did the winner of the 1200 still go down to 1.01 if the API cut out before the end of the race? What are the guys backing down to those odds using?

The new (NextGen) API seems to be working OK, they must be using that.

Annoyingly, I had just downloaded the new version and was trading the first race when it froze at +£58. I assumed it was Bet Angel (the new load)...

I have issues with the new load anyway. Ive lost silks and Guardian will not load multiple races.
