That may be so but a poor fill rate should not be placed under the same umbrella as a technical issue.

I was reading a story about an on-course trader ringing-in positions from the rails. Anyway, he was approached by a steward and asked if he was trading online. The Trader obviously denied it and gave his excuses including this is a racecourse, not a creche. Just behind in the Grandstand was a group of men in fancy dress [Stag Party], one with a five feet dildo attached to his back. No. I do not put these two things in the same hat. I just have huge feeling that bf going down generally. I know Im bit frustrated because I lost few edges which were based on vigorous activity and rush but in general, it is so hard to find any new one with these odd markets
