I'm not sure what you think our collective IQ is but this is quite insulting
How sure are you guys that no one here appreciate these updates and some insight into doggos?
When these updates dry up I guarantee people will start questioning here if the edges and markets are dead etc.
Honestly, who cares if people are motivated by proving a point because of past mistakes years ago? By all means use whatever little motivation you can wherever you can.
If you really need more context I'm sure you can extrapolate it yourself, just watch out for the slippery hater slope
Not like there's much use sharing insight anyway, you just end up sharing your long term profit plus people often take it the wrong way anyway!
My only comment to Memphis is to consider exploring other markets some more, as these might not be too future-proof.
