No, I just happened to catch that by accident as I was getting ready to call it a night. TBH Cheltenham aside I think I've only traded manually pre-race 4 or 5 of the 10 or so days leading up to it.

All are true bar two; I have a healthy diet and I'm fairly fit. With the weather improving I'll soon be going out for a run after racing.
