Can't be a betfair wide issues as it isn't affecting everyone equally. Seems the same people are being hit this time and same not. There was plenty going through the market the whole time people were saying it was down. All a bit weird.

I would say that I seen a slight slowdown at approx 15:37 for about a minute, but again, it never went down for me, was still responsive enough to use though.

Andy, you are the only person that seems unaffected at the moment?

Must be plenty of others though as there was plenty being matched across the market and new orders being submitted/deleted in the queue.

If you cast your mind back a month or so we had a similar issue where some (including me) were having freeze ups whilst others saw nothing, think that included you Peter? Maybe it is a reoccurance of that issue? Was that during a big meeting as well?

I can see activity was still on-going people had picked off my orders when the site returned. Weird one.

What exactly are you seeing?
Don't think there was a big meeting then?

Today only seems to be hitting Ascot.

Betfair are routing via PROLEXIC. This means BF are protecting against a DDOS attack. This security measure may be affecting performance.

Is this something new they are doing today?

Where did you see that info Peter?

Are they under a specific attack I wonder?
