If Australia v. Scotland is a 'no-result' (I'm not saying it will be, just 'if') Scotland will progress at the expense of England regardless if they beat Namibia. It cannot be right that a team progresses because their games against higher rated opposition are 'no-result' ... games they would be expected to gain zero points. I can see the reasoning behind awarding each team with 1 point but wouldn't reserve days be a fairer way?

Could have been just as bad if the England v. Namibia game had been a 'no-result'. The organisers cannot control the weather but they can and should manage it.
