Life doesn't favour risk-takers, it favours people with good judgement of whether a risk is worth taking, and that's something you don't have, as yesterday proves.

Unless there are illegal bookies in Turkey that take 10K cash bets (whatever currency he's talking about) it's extremely unlikely he's placed a bet.
