Very disappointing. I'd just locked in a £41 green on Sandymount Rose in the opener

Betfair failed to turn 15:05 Meydan inplay. Can't blame them really with so many races on today.

see if they settle correctly on the second had a lay trade out bet on the winner matched just a few seconds after the start, usually they resettle right on the official off time so should have gotten lucky there.

Mine has settled down, but I think it's accurate as one bet was left unmatched, but it was marked as SP. But they don't seem to account for that properly now.

yes they cant reconstruct what price the SP bets should have been matched at once they missed to suspend on time, i had unmatched SP bets a few times due to that

Is Meydan decently tradeable outside of festivals? Never really tried.

depends on your style i guess, ratio of casual punting is definitely higher than for UK racing, turnover higher today mostly due to only one UK race card, not sure if its a bigger than usual meeting for Meydan

Slow putting the 4:20 Wolves in play too, can't be an easy job I suppose.

Consistent lack of spending on service and infrastructure is a sign that takeover/sale/ownership change is under discussion.

So with races that hit high volumes, say 200+k by 5mins, and especially if they are Hcaps, prices become very efficient and narrow range bound. Even a high volume Mdn can be the same.
It seems situations like this you've only got the option to scalp, is that the correct interpretation?

It's something I've not examined closely enough yet, but even scalping is not straightforward, as the efficient price has an unclear bias (to me!).
