Further delays at Newcastle - harrowing the track.

when you have punted horses for years, its really hard to get your head round pre off racing, just more like pick red or black and ride the price move, your better of not knowing a thing about horses or form etc IMHO

I'm fortunate enough to just look out of the window! :) Have a herd of 20 - 30, sometimes more, that regularly visit the garden and the horses' paddock led by a white matriarch and some splendid stag visitors in the rut (not so good when they 'rut' under the bedroom window at 02:00! :) )

Wifey loves and hates them ... loves them for what they are but hates them for eating the garden! Very difficult to get info on deer resistant plants that agrees.

Love to know what the jockey Nico de Boinville was thinking during that last furlong on Mengli Khan.....having a little look around, not trying and enjoying the day out.

I just watched the race again.

He only got a response going forward when he used the whip 2f out. After the response, MK seemed to idle and got caught.

Rachael Blackmore knows how to ride MK, will be interesting if N.Henderson puts her up at some point, will probably stick with Nico De-Bon though.
