just had a good trade going but forgot to monitor my total stake size vs. the liquidity and gave 10 ticks away by the time I got out, absolute nightmare

can spot all the negative self talk in my head now. have to leave it there for a bit, may come back may not.
still no winning day so far this wk but 4 days left.

Fair play walking away does work as we start to question our ability to trade which probably is not the problem just some days are rocks and some are diamonds like today has to be the lowest liquid day in a week I've done nothing today but watch

Unless your a seasoned ladder reader with experience your risking losses getting involved in these today
I may be wrong here but to me days like this prove that form reading and all that what I call noise people listen too has very little affect on the exchange ?
