Some great results again Oscar. Good to see you make a decent amount out of both exchanges on the same races. Well done!

Great results oscar, if you don't mind me asking do you trade all day or is it just the last 10 mins before the race starts?

Thanks Andy and Marko.

Mostly last 10 minutes, sometimes start earlier on the festival meetings, though most of the action happens after the previous race finishes.

Very rarely get involved with the morning markets on the day to day stuff.

What is up with the Betdaq internet site, swear it hasn't been working well for almost a week now...

It seemed ok yesterday, I used it all day without any problems.

Is it a browser thing? I always use Firefox and it seems to work ok on there.

Which site are you using, .com or .co.uk?

Try logging into the other one.

I have found it to be very smooth trading today - I ended up scalping most of the day on there. The only disappointment was the Ayr Gold Cup didn't seem to have much doing but other than that today has been very good on there.

I would say Saturdays are perfectly tradeable for almost all now on there. It actually reminds me very much of Betfair in my early days.

Can anyone give me a definitive answer on how BF and Daq calculate total volumes matched. Forgive my laziness if it has been covered before but I couldn`t find it by searches.

Odds 11.0

BF £10 @ 11.0 = £20 matched

BD £10 @ 11.0 = £100 matched

Odds 1.1

Bf £10 @ 1.1 = £20 matched

BD £10 @ 1.1 = £1 matched

Fill rate seems to be getting better on Betdaq. I'm doing well this week and its been boosted by Newmarket.

Had another great day "over there." Liquidity has slowly been improving over time but in the last few weeks it seems to have taken another jump forward.

I am on track to make around 3 times what I would've expected this month and if I look back over the last 3 months I've probably made around twice what I usually do.

At first I thought I was just having a few lucky breaks but the longer it goes on the more it feels like this could be the new normal, which is good because my profit from in play football trading on Betfair has fallen off a cliff over the last year or so!

Recently markets feel more favourable that before. Can't see any particular underlying change but my strike rate has shot up.
