What's going on at Limerick? Sounds like a rave going on in the stands. 10000 crowd apparently but sub 200k matched on the races. Seems they don't fancy a punt.

I'm just testing automation today but I've noticed bizarre early prices.
Capture.GIF
69% and 37% RFs this morning caused that.

That would explain it. I'm preparing an Excel template for horse racing but I can see the high/low prices aren't much use. I'll have to log my own high/lows from 10 minutes out.

Not sure how easy it would be for you but I I like to see the highs and lows for a min of £10, £100, £1000, £5000 etc traded at, or better than. Helps to define the range for mad spikes, the fairly desperate, and the more serious money.

Dunno what your strat is, but your risk vs reward looks a bit risky

Pied Piper was travelling so well from far out, what a race. :D
Is that better :D

I was thinking of doing that. It's easy enough to grab the available money from the Excel sheet but in the last 5 or 10 minutes, if there's a spike, it's unlikely to be for £2. :)

You'll have a heart attack if you look at one of rik's screenshots.

Top of it might only have £1 matched though. But I can't remember now if BA exposes the whole ladder so you can sum the matched amounts from 1.01 up and 1000 down.

The 2:00 at Sedgefield had horses called 'Force de Frap' and 'Beat the heat'

Market seemed very 'sticky' in-play in the last at Aintree? I hope it isn't a sign of things to come.

Off topic but when using historical odds in automation does it matter when you have the markets refreshing? As long as markets refreshing when the rule is due to trigger will it measure back as far as you like? Hope this makes sense? 😆

Never been that excited by the Craven meeting. But people there don't seem that excited either: -
