Betfair having problems with Cashout and logging in via the web site, doesn't affect the API

The log-in and Cash Out issues have now been resolved. Our Engineers are continuing to monitor. Apologies for any inconvenience.

will be checking the logfile very closely at the end of today, all my trades that were open as race went in play did not take SP but stayed open at just about the same time that they were having issues with login etc.

"At 15.07 on Saturday 14th September, we experienced issues with our core customer record system that resulted in customers experiencing intermittent issues when logging in. Anyone who was already logged in would not have experienced issues.

The problem was fixed at 18.40, and we are confident that this represents a one off issue, and should not be experienced again. We are deeply sorry for this incident, and will be announcing a special offer for the Champions League matches coming up in midweek by way of apology. "

Betfair cash out isn't working again according to twitter

Saw the technical difficulties notice, but didn't know what they meant at first, but can see the twitter feed is on fire again!

Yep lots of unhappy customers on twitter, they should all really know how to cash out manually if they are using betfair.

Its funny how the cross matching bot works a charm but the simple code needed to close a bet keeps failing.

getting bad response times on mode 0 (sticky) is it my end or is anyone seeing this?
