What on earth happened in the 2.30 Carlisle?
My bot made a few bets totalling less than £50 liability and I supposedly won £14.92, yet Betfair have DEBITED my account by almost £1200! WTH?
Anyone else have this issue - I've never seen anything like it!
Back subtotal: -41.09
Lay subtotal: 55.44
Market subtotal: -1,172.55
Commission : 0.00
Net Market Total: -1,172.55
So just how do Betfair justify taking nearly £1200 off me for a TOTAL BACK stake of £41.09 and a TOTAL LAY stake of £55.44? The person on the chatbot is utterly useless and suggests it's when I cashed in - yet they have their own stats showing my bets as above... How do I take this further please guys - [email protected] ?

Must be a bug, surely.

Makes sense - though how the hell did the bot place 179 bets into the market? Betfair chatbot are trying to suggest it's a load of simultaneous bets attempting to green up at the same time that caused a zillion back bets to be entered.
