I was amazed at seeing only Wolverhampton this evening when loading up the UK nag racing. Can't remember the last time that happened.

I don't think Sandown will make it tomorrow, the ground is very bad today, and heavy rain forecast in the churned up state, can't see how it will survive.

Can anybody tell me why the ladders seem to have very little liquidity in higher/lower prices but the matched volumes are not far off average for the time off year.
Lower liquidity seems to enhance volatility (both good and bad depending on your opening position).
Any reason why this seems to changed. NH season kicking off is the only reason (outside of economic climate) I can think of.
