Can't let that one pass. The referendum was not FPTP. It was 52-48. Another vote could be 48-52. But democracy made it's statement and I will back that. But if democracy says 'we remain' or 'we put the agreed deal to the people' I'd go with that too. That's democracy.
In any case, even with no-deal we are faced with years of wrangling and uncertainty for businesses. This is not good capitalism.
I wasn't making a political point and yes of course the referendum wasn't FPTP but the election is, hence my mention of the constituency breakdown.
OK. Fair enough. TBH it looks like a nailed on Tory majority, so the next question is how BJ deals with the EU with a majority behind him. We could be back in 'no deal' territory.

Labour will do very well in urban areas as usual (soppy students who haven't experienced a socialist govt, liberal types who don't understand money or economics, high ethnic populations and the religion of peace helping out with postal votes).
They'll struggle everywhere else and hopefully lose heavily.
Corbyn and McDonnell couldn't run a bath.

Impressively reactionary. I'm beginning to wonder whose side you're on.

A high percentage of students, liberals and ethnic minorities vote Labour. Electoral fraud is also concentrated in certain areas.

Facts.

Muslims are the worst for electoral fraud. They get away with it though, as authorities are more worried about Islamophobia than they are having honest elections.

This is the gristle of elections. Can you quote your references?

People will ultimately believe and convince themselves of what they want to believe.

This election is a morass of misinformation from all sides. I don't think the electorate believe anybody any longer. It's just a case of least worst.

With the greatest of respect. I just want to know what Superfrank's references are for the above statement. Not disagreeing or ranting, just want the citations to back it up.
