Fakenham abandoned from race 2 onwards after horses slipped up in the first race.

Disappointed with ITV's Breeders Cup coverage this year, no UK studio coverage with the ITV Racing team like last year it's just NBC American coverage, the yanks don't have clue about horse racing and Nick Luck is a cheap mans Ed Chamberlain. Very poor.

I've never really enjoyed the coverage. I guess it's a cultural thing.

Going OK for those on this side of the pond so far. Looking forward to seeing City Of Troy.

I love ITV Racing because of the team, personally I think their coverage is the best of any sport in the UK, I also love watching racing and betting on it a big part of it for me is the coverage and the race analysis. The Opening Show on a Saturday morning is my fav show.

Aidan O'Brien is one of the most under appricated people in sport and one of the most genuine humble people around, he takes credit for nothing and thanks every tom, dick and harry bar himself. I hope City of Troy wins just for him, the mans a genius when he's done he'll be the greatest flat horse racing trainer that's ever lived that I have no doubt.

I seen City of Troy in the paddock at York at the Ebor meeting earlier this year, an absolute monster of a horse up close.

Just short of £2m matched on the classic.

Not sure the positioning of City Of Troy was ideal there.

Positioning looked shite to me, behind others in the first half when he could have taken the rail and avoided any dirt splashback. Towards the end he went too far wide and lost ridiculous yardage. AOB misses out on the race again but the Coolmore lads still had the winner

I'm always amazed at the 'success' of the bookies in attracting bets. Guess it's because people don't trust anything 'new' and not understand! They don't even have to use the shop if out and about just their phone to an Exchange!

Probably only a quid matched though. Hard enough to get too much matched at bigger odds on the bookies or Betfair if we're honest.

First time I've ever seen a chart like this

[edit]: just checked the data - price never went anywhere near 1000/1 😕
