Is my setup off or are the Bf live video pictures from Newcastle a bit behind the action??

BFL is about 1.5-2.0 secs behind live for all ARC tracks, and about 0.5 secs behind for all RTV tracks. For comparison drone footage and TPD through Bet Angel is about 0.5 secs behind live.

Is there an updated list of which tracks are covered by RTV?

This is the one on the Betfair site, but e.g. Stratford is listed as ATR when it is actually RTV:

Occasionally a course might switch allegiance, so lists can become obselete.

This article from Peter is the most recent that I've seen, although I think Fakenham has since switched from ARC to RMG.

Ascot is an independent course, so they can offer the license to whoever. On Champions day, part of the deal with moving it to Ascot was to get broader coverage.
