It is days like today where I wish I had data to look at. I was expecting a good day today after yesterday's markets were really good.

Today the fill rate is very poor but there appears to be decent amounts in the market - bizarre!

Hopefully it will pick up as the afternoon goes on. It hasn't helped that I lost my biggest green of the day thanks to the obsession these days of presenters talking right over everything until they jump and the camera men seemingly only able to give close up shots these days - you used to get a wide shoot so you could see how many were left to load. Very frustrating.

Plenty of time yet though...

Betfair is a bit crap today as well, so I wonder if that's infected the Betdaq markets.

Perhaps - I am not on BF so couldn't comment on those markets.

15:30 was a good example, Oli on RUK thought there was one to load but actually there were 4 or 5 as the camera angle only showed the stalls.

Trading well today, it really stands out at major meetings which is interesting. Markets always feel nicer on Betdaq at the big races.

Yes i wasn't planning on trading then when I was flicking through the channels whilst eating my lunch I saw Newmarket was on TV and then realised it was a good day of racing so fired up Betdaq.

In the rush I made a mess of the first few races but since then it has been plain sailing and glad I ditched my other work for a spot of trading.

The only issue I am having is that the new website keeps logging me out, has happened three times this afternoon. Only option is to re-log in. I use the website to access the live video.

I found the supporting cards were also very good today as seems to be the case when there is one big meeting on.

Another decent day. I got of to a great start but then hit the buffers a bit midway through then picked up again towards the end of the day.

It is even possible to scalp a little bit out of Chelmsford City:

I noticed today that the new betdaq site is using a json API

Is this new? If so does anyone know if this will be open to the public soon?
