It shows a tremendous amount of courage to go public with these losses. There can't be too much wrong with your mentality R,
cheers, P
Oops just lost £2300
You are either perfect or a liar and nobody is perfect. I think we have all fouled up at some point. It's not the fouling up that's the problem it's what you do one it's happened.
I had somebody in the office the other day and successfully went in running on the first race, doh! Only lost £46 mind you, but it was embarrassing.

YOU may not intend it to be a regular occurence, but what about HIM?rhysmr2 wrote:I appreciate what your saying but I don't intend on it being a regular occurrence, I know what I've done wrong and I'll correct it. Maybe easier said then done! but I have had to iron out plenty of little bad habits that creep in over the years of trading. I just like to feel in full control. Maybe I'm a control freak![]()
Because HE is the one you need to worry about.

I made a mistake last night got out of a trade in running for £83 profit.
Continued to go in so like a fool I went with another back of £100 as soon as I did the odds died.
Luckily I was well up on the night anyway, but it's a lesson to learn once you've got profit out of a trade don't dip your toe back in (well in running anyway)
