Its occurring on BA's rivals

ok i did not realise that, i dont use any so called rivals, are there any adequate/valid rivals?

It is quite handy having people on the forum using other software so we can quickly distinguish between Betfair and software issues.

Without the overview charts from Betfair, trading (for me) is difficult. They seem to be working fine within Betfair itself so I assume its a BetAngel/Guardian translation thats at fault here.

as evidenced in the thread regarding Betfair arbitarily changing the entire format of the P&L reports (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=21532), it's not outwith bounds that the same incompetants have changed the source of the charting tools without thinking about the impact on 3rd party api product providers... the contempt and apparent blindspot when making changes seems to be getting worse in betfair land.

Betfair have now confirmed what we suspected yesterday, so new patched builds of each version are being put together now and will be released very soon

Hi, i have Bet angel Trader. Doing great and really happy.
But today when i start the software and try to open Price and Volume Chart its just blank.
No problem yesterday.
Tried to start over again but no luck.
