if its any consolation, i got hit for 300 plus on reduction factors think 1st at kemp. stopped then cause i was really pissed off. calmed down now will restart soon, but im now in very careful mode dont think i will recover it today.

i know what you 2 mean but, there was an element of stupidity involved to.Bet Angel wrote:The most recent Saturdays have not been great so I think it's not fair to assume they have changed or that you have traded badly. They have just been tough.
Managed to persuade my wife to let me have an hour and a half on Saturday, even though we had a group of friends coming over for supper. Started slowly then got hit for -120, and then spent the next hour clawing it back.... should have just taken the day off....! Sometimes find if I try to half trade a Saturday it ends up being a less than fulfilling experience...!
Oh, and I got lumbered with the more mudane laborious kitchen tasks afterwards while listening the those words I'm sure we've all heard before: "well that was worth it then..."
Rest of the weekend off me thinks....!

Made a mess up in the big race coming away with a fraction of what I should have done thanks to a daft error so found it pretty average until just after 5pm then since then I have smashed it up ending up with one of my best days since sometime in July. Guess you never can tell when you are going to get some good results. Just hope I can get as good a result tomorrow on my run
