They lied about everything but would never lie about there being a deadly virus, they definitely told the truth on that one and anyone that assumes they might have lied is a conspiracy theorist.
They didn't lie about everything, for example, the Queen's jubilee celebrations taking place, citizens will be fined if they break the lockdown rules, NHS staff won't be getting any meaningful pay rise. They keep their promises when it suits them, but other than that, what you say is correct.

Just look how quiet the roads are and how cheap houses are from all the people that died after walking past each other every day in supermarkets during it
People dying doesn't lower the price of houses or quieten the roads.

If 10% of the population died, then there would be lower demand vs supply for houses so the price would have to change

If 99% of the population died, the roads would be quiet

But if less than 1% of the population dies it doesn't make much difference. Figures get distorted when you watch Icke News.

More bad news for BJ. More 1922 letters and MPs speaking out against him. :D

He's toast. Only the date of his departure now.
You can't cheese off: Joe Public; Tory voters; Tory association members; Tory MP's; the 1922 committee and hope to survive.
He's being kept in place until some semblance of normality returns.
Who would want to inherit the bag of rats in BJ's intray?
Ukraine, inflationary energy prices. Inflation in general.
Once (hopefully) things normalise he's done.
We know why these things are happening, but BJ's advantage in being so visible is now a disadvantage.
He's getting the blame for everything and the media smell blood.

The British government is a joke in world politics. Disappointing as I cannot see this changing in the future ...

Can't understand why nobody wants the job. It's not as if things can get any worse.

I almost wish for a forum comeback from Superfrank, the Superfrank who enjoyed gloating about Brexit and Boris in times past on here.

Both have been a f*cking disaster.

He's not to blame for covid or it's costs. Nor Ukraine. Nor energy prices. Nor global wobbles.
BJ did well with covid except they didn't apply any measure as swiftly as they should have done. But the UK was at the forefront in providing vaccines. But that's a whole different debate. I don't like the guy. But look at the alternatives. Sheesh!

Sorry Sir. Blame for fallout. Perhaps. The UK was fleet of foot with vaccines. The EU was paralysed by comparison. I don't like BJ, but credit should be recognised. Otherwise we really are lost.

Personally, I think the UK should be ran by the Armed Services. Who have the respect on, and offshore.

He had heehaw to do with the development of vaccines.. Maybe some credit for appointing the person in charge of rollout, although suspect he was just told to sign here... Even a monkey gets it right sometimes..

Would like to know who signed off on not following up on the £15bn in covid support fraud & why... It certainly wouldn't cost £15bn to investigate / reclaim and could provide some nice well paid jobs in the meantime.
