Betfair API Down

On the betfair helpdesk line there is a message saying there is a problem with the website. I can't see one and the message might have just been left from yesterday, but I hope things are sorted now

thanks mate. For no reason api just stopped for a 30sec or more I don't know when it started as I restarted all equipement. Although I never lost internet connection and bf video was playing ok.
Don't know what it was.

I restarted my pc and could not log in mode 0, only connection 1 worked. A bit strange ..

I was working away this afternoon and checking on my twitter feed about some news out of the US and saw BF was having problems:

I would say it is worth following them if you are trading full time and use the Chrome Browser add on called Tweet Deck and set up a column for something like Betfair API and it will pull in any tweets where the API is mentioned.

It is a really useful feature for example during the Non-Farm Payrolls on Friday have a column for NFP and the second the figure is released you will get it.
