-The police have over 40 years of experience of dealing with riots.
- The police deal with football hooligans every week at football matches. It still goes on but there is an agreement not to broadcast.
- The police can manage to separate Rangers v Celtic fans, Man U v Liverpool fans, Spurs v Arsenal fans etc. Week after week.

What Plymouth shows is either the rioters on the ground have military training, know police tactics or being directed by someone else who has allot of training.

This is nuts, worrying and not seen before within the UK. Now I understand why the police seem to be off guard and in some cases don’t know what they’re doing.

This police should not be taking sides even if it upsets one side or the other. Nick them all regardless. If it’s shown that the police are turning a blind eye to one side or the other then you really will end up with anarchy all over the UK.

keeping an open mind, and of course, you'll have popped down to verify it. sounds scary as the elders in the mosque will have both a degree of tolerance as well as authority. if verified, then probably a reaction to all that's going on from a group (young urban Muslims) that may be feeling the exact same thing as the far right. don't see a coalition tho anytime soon - tho one can hope.

They already have there's Muslims running round Birmingham attacking white peoples cars, a pub along with attacking a lone white man waving Palestinian Flags not a police man in site.

All on line readily available to view, GB News have played them all but not in mean stream news other than a little bit on Sky News showing them knife Sky's reporting vans tyre. BBC not even bothered to report it been going on for 4 hours.

It is very worrying, I was actually looking over my shoulder when I went out earlier. It’s very Islamic around here.

i was doing a similar thing in Istanbul many years ago. couldn't believe the quality of the architecture and depth of culture. then again, that was the ottoman empire for you. also (and i know it's quite touristy) was blown away by the openness of the Bosporus people. so yeah, i definitely get you.

Well, do us all a favour. Keep yourself, family and friends safe.

Personally, i do think the Army should be deployed, they wont care WHO is causing trouble, they will just put them down very quickly. Thats because they dont have to Police certain areas or communities on a daily basis. They wont care if your White, Yellow, Black, Brown, Green or Blue. Chuck a brick, petrol bomb or pull a knife, your going down asap.

I am 100% sure, its certain areas the Police do turn a blind eye rather than upsetting certain people, regardless of relgion or skin colour. Not bashing the police as they have to police those communities everyday so need the majority on their side within boundaries. The Army, however do not and wont care either way who is doing what.

As for some chucking bricks at police dogs, thats crossing a red line. I am sure if someone did that with an Army dog deployed then you would probably end up crying for your mum down some dark alley with no CCTV etc.

emmson - i do think it's quite amazing that we have so many parallel universes going on around mosques at present. there's one ( ) universe where there's hoards of you dark skinned men shouting arabic abuse at everyone, even to the elders, which is virtually unheard of.

then we have another version (lets call this one, the real world), where a cohort of thugs have gathered to crate havoc only to be greeted by human kindness and a degree of understanding that affirms the empathy and respect that humans should exude.
