18:30 not turned inplay at all?

Not seen this before, Vivionn no.3 the winner thank god i was caught out for a huge amount laid on Pennywhistle so seems i'll get a Bucey bonus but this is annoying that BF are not on the ball.

have they settled 18:30 for you?

Was a huge late drift on Pennywhistle which I backed ..... but they seem to have credited my stake back. On that basis Mr Undercover might not get his brucie!

they just settled with me, fortunately I was greened up on the fav just after the official off and fortunately nothing was voided. hope your hit was not too heavy.

I doubt it will matter much , the bulk of my trades were all in pairs lay/back grrend up before 18:30 , I then had six that I opened after the official off all in pairs (3 lay/back pairs ), all matched by 18:30:30.

i can't understand how they calculate this sort of thing, why would my 'lay' trades 5mins before the off be refunded and others not.... surely all they can do is refund every matched trade or not otherwise they are picking and choosing.

Looks like Betfair just voided all my bets. Was waiting for settlement but they just arbitrarily voided everything from a certain period. Though what that period was I'm not sure. No damage done.

I've emailed Betfair a couple of years ago to ask if bets get voided from the precise off time or on the minute the race was off. Bizarrely, I was advised there is no fixed time, it's entirely at their discretion!!!

Wish I'd read this thread before spending 30mins scratching my head over the logs last night.
I ended up with a -£94 on the place market and +£98 on the win market, I'll take that in the circumstances.
