Incredible player. Amazing the longevity we're seeing at the top of the game right now.Trader Pat wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 3:42 pmBayern go down to 10 men then bang in 4 goals in 20 minutes including a Lewandowski hattrick. Lewandowski chasing Gerd Muller's 40 goals in a league campaign, he's on 35 now with 8 and a half games to go.
Still the second half to come!

I really hope he gets the Ballon D'or this year, he was robbed of it last season

Not all of those 70s football mavericks were nice guys but Frank Worthington was. RIP
Great write up stemming from his short Sunderland stay.

Read today that he was all set to join Shankly's Liverpool but failed the medical because of high blood pressure. He seemed to enjoy himself off the pitch

Frank Worthington Super Goal!

Watched that goal earlier, brilliant player. He was the first players I ever saw do that trick where you catch the ball on the back of your neck. Before free styling became a thing he was one of a few who used to show off his off the pitch skills too.superfrank wrote: ↑Tue Mar 23, 2021 7:46 pm+1
