Australian Horse Racing
What is amt?
I was thinking you were counting £100 matched as £10 x 10 as 10 bets rather than 1. That's why I thought it would be higher.
Managed to get it back quite quickly after a few good markets. Onwards and upwards....
Just saw Vivaro in R3 at Kembla Grange broke poorly and another spike up, thankfully I was well out of the market by the off after learning my lesson (again!)
Anyone elses Sky Racing radio stopped working?
Edit: working again now.
I did 28 by comparison over 3 runners. 4 were for greening up, so 12 trades in total for just under £70 profit.

What sort of NSW tax are you paying each week? I use a low margin/high turnover strategy on Aus, usually trading about 300 horses a night and apart from generating cashrace points they're not doing me much good as it's based on value of bets and not net profit. Non-NSW is doing pretty well.
Incidentally is anyone else getting a load of free bets from BF? They send me a tenner every couple of days and have done for 3 or 4 weeks, and before that it was fivers every day or two. I'd understand if I was loser but if anything my income has increased lately, but I have put several zeros on my turnover this year now I'm fully automated so maybe that's it.
If I traded more than 24 NSW markets the turnover charge would wipe out a large chunk of my profits, on a not so good week it would be more than my profits!ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 4:23 amWhat sort of NSW tax are you paying each week? I used to get free £5 exchange bets (if I place an exchange bet that loses without trading it), I once got a £20 bet. I thought it might have been because I was arbing last year and sometimes had a losing week but I was given a free bet this year! I think it's quite random.

It's actually 24 (less than 25). It's quite generous when you consider how much they're paying in tax and no limit on turnover within those 24 markets. Naffman posted a link to an article on this thread where they revealed how much it costs them.
